Infiltrating Lobular Cancer
Nov 1 2007, 9:41 PM EDT I was told August 3, 2007 that I had Invasive Lobular cancer. Fast Growing and..... terrifying. I am stunned but hopeful. They first thought I was stage III. But a quick PET said it was huge and in my liver, so I am stage IV. I have been taking Femara a hormone blocker and it has shrunk some, but cleraly is not gone. After 6 weeks of Femara, miraculously my liver appears as clean as a newborn. No one can belive it.. I believe. I will probably have surgery next week and then Radiation. I am scared,m but hopeful and believe God has a plan for me. I am eager to know of others on this journey.
