life after cancer
Jun 13 2007, 2:51 AM EDT I AM NOW A 5 YEAr suriver and I don't really feel like I SURIVIVED ANYTHING. i'm still really scared that the cancer will reacure at the worst time. I have a 17 yr old daughter and am just begining to feel connected to her again and I'm always afraid that something bad will soon happen to one of us . I want to be like my old self but this will never happen/ Now I'm almost deaf and that effects my balance and strengh. Ifall alot and am disabled. I really miss working and want more out of life. AM I crazy? I think about that alot. How do others coope after sll the bad stuff as it come streaming basck/ At the time I was too sick to care about anything and think about the treatment and now that makes me mad. Any suggestions?
