Found a lump in my thigh

I recently found a lump in my thigh and am curious to know if cancer lumps hurt to the touch. Could someone out there shed some light, please? Do you find this valuable?

I found one in my underarm, about the size of a gumball, It didn't hurt until it went away and came back. Now that was a few years ago, now I just found two tiny ones; one on my shoulder. It felt like a pimple at first but I couldn't pop it at all, it was like thick tissiue, it doesn't hurt any more, but it's still there like a swollen scar. I will keep you in my prayers. Do you find this valuable?
