With regards to your grandpa's situation, if there's just no hope to cure your grandpa, then let go, im sure that he'll be in a place where there is no more worries, sadness, pains and sufferings. Jul 1 2008, 8:07 PM EDT Hey, I lost my mother to cancer when I was only 10 years old, imagine the pain my family felt, kids were 8-10-12 absolutely devistating. The thing about life is that there is constant change and nothing is to remain constant, for we shouldn't try and recapture yesterday or we will only lose tomorrow, this is the way we must think. I am now 22 and miss my mother but will never dwell over it, I am young and there in fact is always a tomorrow. As for God, I do believe there is a God only not in the form we tend to believe, one question about Christianity has always stirred my curiousity, if God truely loved us why would he put us in a situation where we would face eternity in Hell and Pain, this never sounded like a loving God to me. I would never put anyone I loved in a situation where they could be potentially harmed. Hell makes 0 sense from a man who is supposed to be all loving, even me a common man would never put someone in this situation, no matter how harsh their sins. Don't be afraid though, there is life after death and it will be the most amazing feeling we have ever felt, complete bliss. Don't waste your time with religions brought to us by man, for they have done nothing but create war, human speration and rob money from the common folk, but know always that there is life after death for everyone and it will be the most peaceful moment of your known existence. Im sorry for those deeply involved in religion but you need to really sit down and asses the story behind it, like I said if God was as loving as he claims to be, than we wouldn't have a Hell to worry about. I think we need to focus on what we know, and that is here on earth, that we should love every man or woman for we are all isolated on this little rock in a vast universe, why not live it out in peace rather than war and seperation. We should embrace death rather than mourn, because there is a far brighter existence awaiting us when we leave this pain filled planet Do you find this valuable? |
