How will I die?

Professionals at Kaiser say I will die of suffocation and starvation. Does anyone know from experience with a family member or been told different by your caregivers? I am having night terrorsof choking and insomnia. The thyroid area is lumpy and pulling my chin down. It is hard to swallow, liquids usually impossible. I have reported it twice already so don't tell me that. I have searched three engines.

Go see an Ear, Nose, Throat doctor. When I had my thyroidectomy my doctor put in a tracheostomy so I could breathe. I also ended up with a feeding tube in my stomach so I could take fluids. Don't let those doctors tell you what's going to happen. Be proactive in your care. If they're telling you one thing and it's not what you want, find another doctor.

The prognosis above is only for those below 45. What about those of us older and having the "most aggressive" case the MD has ever seen? He says I have months to a year and I found it at asymptomatic BB size. It was huge and blocking my throat by the time I got to surgery and he just scraped out what he could. Don't leave us out.
