I don't know of anyone personally who has gone through a primary liver cancer diagnosis (though I know several people who have had liver mets), but I do know the blog url for a woman whose husband died from liver cancer about a year ago. The address is http://badbadbadger.blogspot.com (just cut and paste), and if you go there and leave her a comment on one of her posts, she may be able to email you and tell you a bit about her experience. The other option you have is to read through her blog history, and read about how she coped with her husband's illness (though it touches more on the emotional, rather than the physical aspect).
