my mom has cancer
My dad had cancer, Shelly, and I loved him every time I visited him (I'm an adult)...he lived for 24 years after his first diagnosis and he had 3 more bouts of cancer after that in different parts of his body. He went to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota...it was a fabulous place. One time he and my mother saw Bill Cosby, the famous black comedian, there.
Love your mom, and hope and pray for the best.
