I will always remember you sweet ways, your love of the Jersey Shore, fireflies and snails. I will remember you always. You were such a positive force on the JH Board and I feel blessed to have known you, even if it was only through cyberspace, you have taught me much. Love....Joanne

She filled each word she wrote on the JH board with grace and empathy. Her spirit was found in each kind, supportive word. I will always carry a part of her within my heart , helping me distribute and contribute to the gentleness in the world. Sandy t

Little Snail....the best friend I never met....
I am going to miss her terribly ~ our friendship began on the JH board, then went on to e-mails and phone calls. I think she felt she could really "lay it on me" and I was glad to be there for her any time of the day or night. Many times it was tears...many other times we were laughing hysterically about something. We talked about life and death, family matters, friends, religion, politics, animals, (her cats "spoke" to me on the phone more than once, especially Paloma), cooking, FOOD, and much, much more. She was an articulate ambassidor for New Jersey, and made me promise to go visit...telling me the places to see. I would rather have gone with her. I am sorry I couldn't have. I know she is in an even better place than Jersey now...and can't wait to meet her there some day. I miss you already, Ellen...smiles through tears and lots of hugs ~ JeM/Kate Beckman Hemet, California |
